Sport Charger
We built this project together with the client from Poland. The application was written both for Android smartphones, and for smart watches running on Android operational system. The app helps to track cardio loads during workouts or during special exercises.
Functions:
- Authorization. Special authorization mechanism for watches
- Work with GPS sensor
- Work with a step meter
- Work with a cardio sensor, built-in or external
- Synchronization with the server (receiving training, delayed sending of results).
By developing this application, we gained experience on how to correctly work with cardio sensors (detect false bursts and distinguish true data from failures), determine when to give the user a hint that he is not working at full strength, and when to say that he needs to slow down.
